Who is Rafa?
Rafa Campuzano, an Open Water Scuba Diving Instructor (and technology passionate) who loves teaching and sharing experiences, living in Malaga (Spain)
I created the "fins-on" brand to promote scuba diving and to invite you to explore the ocean with me. My goal:
To dive a lot and make great divers
